System Requirements
With DoConference, there's no hardware or software to purchase. A webcam, a microphone, and an Internet-ready computer is all you need for instant access to all the powerful video conferencing, Webcasting, and Webinar features of DoConference.

DoConference.com has the following system requirements:

Presenters

  • PC or Mac
  • Netscape or Internet Explorer 4.0 or later
  • At least 800x600 screen resolution
  • A steady internet connection
  • Webcam and Microphone is highly recommended
  • Microphone for Audio-only presentations

Participants

  • PC or Mac
  • Netscape or Internet Explorer 4.0 or later
  • At least 800x600 screen resolution
  • A steady internet connection
  • Computer speakers


If your computer doesn't meet the above requirements, you may experience problems presenting or viewing webcast material. Our technical staff will be happy to assist you.

Please send your tech support email to and state your problem as specifically as possible. Include as much information as possible about your computer, such as:
- What CPU is in your computer?
- What operating system does it have (type and version)?
- What is the speed of your Internet connection?
